Revd. Kate Whiting (Minister and Trustee)   Rheanne Mole (Church & Centre Administrator and Trustee)

Kate started her working life as a junior school teacher, but has worked part time for QEPBC in variety of roles since 2006. Kate finished  her training as a Baptist minister at Spurgeon’s College and was ordained and inducted as the minister in June 2018.  In addition to her diploma in theology from Spurgeon's College she has an M.A. in Missional Leadership.

When she is not working for the church she enjoys family life with husband Mark, three adult children and a number of pets. She enjoys gardening, family history and plays the Viola.

Rheanne worked as a therapeutic radiographer for 10 years before changing direction to take a secretarial course. She now works as the administrator for the church and community centre. She loves music and regularly leads sung worship in Sunday services.

In her spare time Rheanne plays the flute in a local orchestra and also enjoys reading, walking and baking. She is married to Alex and they have two teenage daughters.

Mark has a keen interest in theology and biblical interpretation which led to his studying for an MA with London School of Theology. He also claims to be writing a book on the Psalms.

My wife and I moved to Guildford summer of 2016 having completed about 35 years as a Baptist Minister in London.

Before ministry I was a Met Police officer for about 15 years.

We have two sons and two grandchildren.

My chief pastime is growing fruit and veg in a Guildford allotment.
